We use this information to review your cleaning request, provide a starting estimate, contact you about the request or appointment, schedule service, maintain service records, measure marketing, and improve follow-up.
Website measurement
We use website analytics and customer-relationship tools to measure page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, time on page, and interactions with website forms. We also use the Meta Pixel and may use Meta's Conversions API to measure quote activity, accepted quote requests, scheduling starts, and phone-link clicks. These tools may use browser identifiers, cookies, referral information, device information, approximate location information, and privacy-protected contact matching. We do not send quote notes, service details, street addresses, or free-text responses to Meta. You can limit browser tracking through your browser or device settings and Meta's advertising controls.
Calls, texts, and AI-assisted follow-up
The communication choice on the quote form is optional and starts unchecked. If you opt in, My Cleaner may call or text about your quote, booking, reminders, service updates, follow-up, and occasional offers. Messages may use automated technology, AI assistance, or an artificial or AI-generated voice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help.
Sharing
Information may be processed by service providers used for website hosting, customer relationship management, communications, scheduling, and analytics only as needed to provide those services. My Cleaner does not sell your personal information. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data or consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
